Tookie

After hearing Larry Elder read Governor Schwarzenneger's entire report of Tookie Williams' clemency hearing on his radio show, I was stunned by how depraved his behavior was. I am sorry that the death penalty is applied at all, but I am not sorry that Stanley Williams will have it applied to him.

Lying?

When Madeleine Albright gets on TV and says that there is "no construction" going on in Iraq yet soldiers say that they are performing all manner of construction, who is lying? I'd rather hear someone drag her fingernails across a blackboard than hear people like her talk.

C-SPAN and Iraq War Coverage

This morning on C-SPAN's "Washington Journal," calls were taken from members of the military and from contract workers who were in Iraq during the war. Over and over, the callers stated that the media misrepresent what is actually going on over there. There is much good news, but that news is not reported.

I think members of America's liberal press either hate this country and its might or they hate President Bush so much that they are blind to the good news. Too bad.

Run up the score

Bush hit his opponents hard yesterday. When the enemy is on the ropes, your only goal should be to knock him through the ropes. In football, if your team is up 28-0, the only thing on your mind should be 35-0.

Hit 'em again, hit 'em again harder, harder.
