Poor Barry. I guess he is done (whatever that means).
All of the jeering that would come if he passed Babe
Ruth or Hank Aaron was too loud for him. And it hadnt
even come yet. He could not come clean, but he could
blame the media. What a whiner!

I wrote a post after Barry had his press conference in February, "Did Barry Play The Race Card." Barry brought a lot of this on himself by his treatment of the media during his career. They probably are overzealous in their reporting of him; finding his mistress and paying her off to "talk".
Barry saying he didn't know the supplements and cream his trainer were giving were steroids is laughable.
I always have admired his talent as a baseball player, I knew he was going to be something special when he was with Pittsburgh. I hate his great career may end with this heavy cloud over it.
It really is too bad. Steriods did not enhance his gift of an excellent eye for balls and strikes.
