Heads I win, tails you lose

Bin Laden knows good and well that the US will not withdraw from Iraq. He is "justified" in attacking the US (if he can pull it off anymore). He wants to attack us whether we withdraw or not, so I don't give any credence to his call for "truce."

His power now seems only through spooky tapes like the one before our recent presidential elections. Fortunately, we weren't scared by it. His most recent recording reflects his weakness, not his strength. His threats are cheap talk these days.
